The new SUV remains available in an extensive selection of colors and variants, with both petrol and diesel engine choices now being offered as options.
There are three engine options to choose from – a 1.0-litre VTVT petrol motor producing 120 PS and 172 Nm, a 1.2-litre Kappa Dual VTVT unit producing 83 PS and 115 Nm torque, and finally, a 1.4-litre U2 CRDi diesel mill making 90 PS and 220 Nm of torque.
All three engines can be found mated to either a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox, with the 1.0-litre petrol offering more power than its predecessor; however, its lack of refinement during idling means it isn’t ideal in this class.

Hyundai Venue 1.2 Kappa MT E is one of the most fuel efficient subcompact SUVs on sale in India, featuring an efficient BS6 compliant 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces sufficient power.
Fuel efficiency of the Venue 1.2 Kappa MT E is estimated to average 8.6 km/litre on highways and 7.8 km/litre in city driving conditions; this may differ depending on driving conditions and external factors like traffic congestion and tank capacity.
The 1.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine can produce 100PS of power at 4000RPM and 24.5 kgm torque between 1500-2750RPM. Additionally, this unit comes equipped with a six-speed manual transmission equipped with Intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT).
